Bio
John Kazanjian is the President of the Palm Beach and Martin County Police Benevolent Associations. He is also the President of the Florida Police Benevolent Association in Tallahassee which represents over 30,000 members and has an annual operating budget of over four million dollars. During his thirty-year career in law enforcement, Mr. Kazanjian’s duties included every aspect of patrol, undercover narcotics, and SWAT. He served as both a team member and as a supervisor. Prior to serving his Community as a police officer, Mr. Kazanjian served his Country in the United States Marine Corps.
He is a graduate of numerous law enforcement training institutions and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Kazanjian served on the Transition Team for Governor Ron DeSantis during his transition into office after the Gubernatorial election. In addition, Mr. Kazanjian served as a Committee Member for the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission Task Force.
Mr. Kazanjian is a proven leader who can get things done. He is the Chairman of the Kaitlin A. Kazanjian Charity Fund which has awarded over four million dollars to deserving children in the Community.
Mr. Kazanjian has been a full-time resident of the Lost River Plantation Community for over fifteen years, and has served as President of the Home Owners Association since 2019. Serving others has been a constant in Mr. Kazanjian’s life and he seeks to continue serving others by representing the Citizens of Martin County.
